For the record... a slice of cheese melted on steak chunks is one of the great pleasures of the world. I think I died and went to heaven.

    WooHOO! P3HappyDance! P3HappyDance! It is hard getting used to not seeing those numbers drop on your scale (just when you thought you were used to the horror of P2! lol), but maintenance-phase is a very important step towards keeping those ugly l-b's off for good.
