VLCD Day #1.5


Not gonna lie...I'm pretty hungry at the moment. Wasn't this what the "loading days" were supposed to take care of? I found that I actually got more hungry after I ate. 

I have had...

1 apple
100g of steak
1 tomato, sliced and salted
4 cups of green tea (1/4 of a gallon)
1/4 of a gallon of water

I've peed probably 10 times and my feet are starting to get blisters on them due to the new shoes.

Until tomorrow, hopefully a day of comfortable footwear and weight loss,
